RHEOBYK-D 420AndRHEOBYK-7420 CAIt is the preferred anti-settling additive, suitable for preparing aqueous pigment, filler, and matting agent concentrates. These two additives possess excellent shear-thinning properties, as they can reduce the viscosity of the concentrate, facilitating precise dosing. Additionally, they effectively regulate the thixotropic flow behavior of the system, optimizing anti-sagging and leveling performance. When the additive is stirred into the coating system, it forms a three-dimensional network structure. The resulting thixotropic flow is particularly effective in preventing sedimentation and water separation, enhancing sag resistance without compromising leveling performance.
