Product Introduction

During PVC coated-fabric production, fogging, blocking (layers sticking), and surface dirt can occur. Improving smoothness and cleanability is critical. To address this, three polyethylene-wax-based additives have been introduced.

The CERAFLOUR series makes coated-fabric surfaces cleaner, prevents layer-to-layer sticking, and enhances smoothness. CERAFLOUR 1050 is more polar, giving better substrate wetting than typical beeswax additives. CERAFLOUR 1051 and 1052 further boost surface smoothness and stain resistance. All three improve overall surface performance.
